Deoxyuridine metabolism in eukaryotic systems as it relates to gene expression, DNA replication and DNA repair.

Research Summary:
Herpesvirus replication; dUTPase as a target site for the development of anti-viral and anti-cancer drugs; Mechanisms of heavy metal mutagenesis; Mutagenesis and DNA repair in carcinogenesis; Mycoplasma evolution.
